Last updated: July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ReplyMate's booking automation platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Using the service
You may use ReplyMate to manage bookings, reminders and customer conversations for your business across connected channels. You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, and for complying with the policies of any third-party platform you connect, including Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, Instagram and Facebook Messenger policies.
Your account
- You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate business information during setup
- You're responsible for how your staff use the platform under your account
Acceptable use
You agree not to use ReplyMate to send unsolicited or spam messages, to violate the messaging policies of connected platforms, or to engage in any activity that's unlawful or infringes on the rights of others.
Billing and plans
Paid plans are billed according to the plan you select, as described on our pricing page. Free trials convert to a paid plan only if you choose to subscribe; we do not charge you automatically without your action to select and confirm a plan.
Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but ReplyMate depends in part on third-party platforms (such as Meta's messaging APIs) that are outside our control. We're not responsible for outages or changes caused by those third-party platforms.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the policies of connected messaging platforms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active account holders.
