Last updated: July 2026
This page explains the data rights available to businesses using ReplyMate and their customers, including rights relevant under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar data protection frameworks, where applicable.
Your rights
- The right to access the personal data we hold about you
- The right to request correction of inaccurate data
- The right to request deletion of your data, subject to any legal or operational retention requirements
- The right to request a copy of your data in a portable format
- The right to object to certain uses of your data
Who this applies to
These rights are described here in general terms and may apply differently depending on your location and the data protection laws that cover you. If you're an individual whose data was processed as a customer of a business using ReplyMate - for example, someone who booked an appointment through WhatsApp - the business you interacted with is generally the right first point of contact for exercising these rights, since they control the relationship with you.
How to make a request
Businesses with a ReplyMate account can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their account data by reaching out through our contact page. We'll respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.
Data transfers
Where data is processed or stored outside your country, we take reasonable steps to protect it consistent with applicable data protection requirements.
