Information collected is used to operate the service you've signed up for - processing bookings, sending reminders, maintaining your shared inbox, and providing analytics. We do not sell customer conversation data to third parties.

How information is shared

Information is shared with the messaging platforms we connect to (such as Meta, for WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger) as required to deliver messages and bookings, and with service providers who help operate the platform, such as hosting and calendar integration providers. We do not share your data with unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data retention

Information is retained for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us directly.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about your business account by reaching out through our contact page. End customers who message a business through a connected channel can contact that business directly regarding their own information.
